Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 (NQF level 4) or equivalent
  • Essential Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PERSOL/PERSAL
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Empathy: Ability to work with sick, elderly, and disabled individuals
  • Typing Skills: Applicants will undergo a typing test (minimum of 25 words per minute)
  • Security Clearance: Ability to obtain security clearance within a year

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception services effectively
  • Record, organize, and retrieve administrative information
  • Input patient health data accurately
  • Maintain routine administrative output control statistics
  • Assist in retrieving records for HCPs/management
