Preferably, 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management/Administration

Skills: Knowledge of HR legislation related to recruitment, personnel administration systems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy (MS Office Suite), analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and client-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities: As a successful candidate, you will be entrusted with important duties, including:
Distributing Military Skills Development System (MSDS) application forms during recruitment
Assessing the competency of application forms
Registering application forms in the designated register book
Capturing application details on the PERSOL System
Executing recruitment plans and strategies aligned with the SANDF mandate
Communicating recruitment matters to various stakeholders
Coordinating and attending recruitment meetings
Addressing general recruitment-related inquiries within the department
