What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Economics unit within Nedbank Retail and Business Banking, applying behavioral science to devise improved money management solutions across the bank for clients.
  • Conduct research, design behavioral interventions, and execute business experiments to gauge the impact of proposed solutions on client behaviors.
  • Perform comprehensive literature reviews on existing behavioral science findings related to financial decision-making and corresponding interventions.
  • Skillfully package and communicate research findings to different business units.
  • Deliver behavioral insights training to enhance the business units’ understanding.
  • Support efficient knowledge management through an online library and internal newsletter.
  • Fulfill client needs with high-quality, original research.
  • Cultivate lasting client relationships through consistent engagement.
  • Participate in Nedbank’s Culture-building initiatives, fostering an environment aligned with transformation goals.

Your Qualifications:

Hold an Honours Degree in one of the following fields:
